Mactaggart & Mickel is part of The Springfield Group (Springfield Properties plc registered in Scotland, SC031286 and having our registered office at Alexander Fleming House, 8 Southfield Drive, Elgin, Moray, IV30 6GR and our subsidiary companies) respect your privacy and want you to feel confident about the privacy and security of your information. To demonstrate this we have formulated our privacy policy. This policy details what information we will collect and what we will do with that information.
You may have to provide personal information to access and use our websites or any of our services. By submitting any information to us, you are consenting to the use of this information by us in accordance with this privacy policy.
Type and Purpose of Collection

Sharing with Third Parties

- Statistical Analysis – we may share non-personal information and aggregated information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. No personal information will be shared in this manner;

- Customer Relationship Management Software – we use a third-party software provider, with your consent, to enable us to tailor your website experience appropriately and provide our mailing list services. The information gathered by this software may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address and phone number. This information is shared by the third party to us
We may also share your information, where necessary, to provide a product or service you have requested. Your information may also be sent to persons or organisations who work on our behalf to provide a product or service for us or to you but such persons or organisations may only use this information in order to provide such product or service and not for any other purpose. .

Our websites may contain links and references to other websites. We are not responsible for the collection, use and disclosure of information, or the privacy practices of such websites, and we expressly disclaim any liability relating to it.
International Transfer
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your jurisdiction, where privacy laws may not be as protective as your jurisdiction. Your consent to this privacy policy represents your consent to any such transfer.
Mailing Lists
We operate an ‘opt-in’ mailing list subscription policy, this means we will not sign you up for anything without your express consent.

We are committed to improving the service and information we provide our users. We continually seek ways to improve and upgrade our websites. Any improvements we make to our services, amendments to laws or regulation or developments in the technology or processes we use, may change the information we hold about you and/or the way in which or the purposes for which we process the information.
Changes will be effective:

This website is not marketed towards persons under the age of 16. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information about individuals under the age of 16, we will promptly and securely delete such information.
